(non-alcoholic) 1 Qt each: lo-cal cranberry juice, club soda 1C raspberry sherbet C/2 ea: sugar & lemon juice |
from theJon in WA 1 lb Pecans, 1c Sugar, 1/2tsp salt, 2 beaten eggwhites, 1/4 lb butter Toast nuts lightly in deep cookie sheet. Beat egg whites (no peaks); add sugar and salt; mix. Cut butter into pieces and melt on cookie sheet in 325degree oven. Fold nuts into eggwhite mixture while butter is melting. Spread nut mixture onto cookie sheet with all the butter. Bake 30min, turning the nuts every 10min. Turn off oven but leave mix in oven until butter is absorbed. | |
